Figure I should toss out a couple things about me. First got into Warhammer because a co-worker at a summer camp pulled out his Skaven and after talking to him for a bit determined that I would enjoy High Elves (silly pointy hats be damned!) But I didn't have funds to do anything more than buy a couple of boxes. Fast forward a couple of years and I'm spending some time at my FLGS and finally come down to the point where I decided that 40k would be a much better investment of my time and money than Magic. I started off with Tau and right now I can kiiiiiiiiiinda stretch to 1000 pts worth, but its not a good list (need more battlesuits of all flavors!) and once again I have suffered the finances :( Kinda wish I'd started with Grey Knights due to cost efficiency (and they will be the second army I play around with), but I love my Tau (loved them from 4th/5th edition).

Once I've got those squared away I'm totally down to clown with Infinity and the Yu Jing (Japanese Sectorial army specifically.) I just appear to be drawn to whichever faction has walking mecha. On the Fantasy front I've decided that my High Elf army will probably be the second one I make as I angle for Warriors of Chaos (blood for the blood god!) as my first full army there. I'd love to play more often, but I have transport issues as well, so might be able to do vassal if someone could walk me through the finer details of it.

Yeah, tell me about it! xD Imperial guard also wouldn't have been the way to go for me either, though it may be fun to run Elysians with Krieg allies at some point way way way in the future (I'll have a Manta long before I'll pick up IG lol)
