I keep hearing/reading that Ravenguard Chapter Tactics are "meh" primarily due to the fact that scouting doesn't confer onto assault marines, bikes, and anything else bulky or very bulky.

However, reading through the tactics, I couldn't help but notice that it says "models". I couldn't help but wonder about this since vehicles are not bulky nor very bulky.

So with that in mind, is there anything preventing me from scouting/outflanking Storm Ravens, Vindicators, dreadnaughts, etc. if I wanted to?

Vehicles do not have the Chapter Tactics rule.

An Embarked Ravenguard unit can give the ability to it's Dedicated Transport, but that's about it.

There's the oversight I was feeling like I was missing.

It felt too good to be true.
