I like the look of vampire counts but space Marines seem easier to play as.

Surely you are aware that they are from 2 different game systems?

This isn't a question of what army you want to play... more whether you want to play 40k or Fantasy. Decide that first.

I'd go with WHFB, 40k is garbage.

play Blood Angels, VC in the Space.
