I don't think you're getting full value with the upgrades to the Tyrants. I'd toss the Adrenal, and the Regen on both. And put an Adrenal and Regen on the Tyranofex. That leaves 45 points for a Venothrope.

Personally I'd gang the Zoeys into one Brood, even at 1500, solos are an easy "first blood". You're pretty good on Synapse, you do lose a Powers of the Hive Mind!. But all told, I think its a better play.

If you don't want a additional Veno Brood, you can buy upgrades, including putting Regen back on a Tyrant. If you can find a figure, a Strangle cannon for the Warriors is a very good purchase (around 40 pts+) Another good purchase would be "Hive Commander" so you can Outflank, say the Tervigon?

made the changes you suggested less the "hive commander" as that would leave me 15pts over.

I pretty much agree with these suggestions. You've got plenty of troops, which will give you a good advantage in tourneys as most focus on objective based missions. The adrenal glands on the flyrants are unnecessary.
However, I would recommend putting the zoans in a brood of 3 and separating the venoms. You need the venoms separated in order to give all your units cover. Other than that, it looks good. Good luck!
