Subject: Imperial Knight @1500 Points?

Is there any way to make a imperial knight usable with grey knights at 1500 pts? I have a tourney coming up and want to use him but I just don't see it usable at 1500, more like 1850.

Why wouldn't it be usable at 1500?
as long as you spend the points on it you are good to go.

What type of GK army?
A draigo wing? Almost certainly not as the paladins run you ~900 pts and you need other elements in your list to balance it out.
A crowe purifier list? Probably, just be careful you cover your weakness to flyers somehow.
A henchmen list? Definitely, you have extreme flexibility in taking cheap troops. A IK could be a great addition similar to a dreadknight only tougher but a bit slower.

Well, you need bodies for scoring purposes.
At this pt level, I'd go for Inquisition and Henchmen in Psybacks.

I was thinking doing a henchmen list, although I only have acolytes and servitors so that might not be feasible.

Then I would go with some form of mechanized henchmen. Probably psyback spam but crusader landraiders with melee henchmen coming out could sync well with an IK. Just make sure you bring enough stormravens/AA to handle the flyers in your meta and dakka dreads to handle your long range anti tank needs.
