Death-Dealing Ultramarine Devastator

Hey guys, I was just browsing through the range of Vallejo and I stumbled across this. It sounds similar to that nail polish stuff girls were using a couple of years back. Has anyone had any experiences with this product? What kind of effects can be made?

I've seen a couple product reviews on youtube. I suspect the crackle mediums being put out by gaming companies might just be the same crackle acrylics sold at the art stores in the big tubes. I was at Dick Blick the other day and they had probably close to a dozen different textures of the stuff.
