Basically looking to see what appropriate tray I should use to carry my plastic Greatweapon grave guard, I have currently the 1.5 inch 60 man troop trays, but the Guards helmet generally prevents them from fitting in easily

Does anyone know which tray which will be best suitable for them ( not interested in pluck)

Make your own. All you need is some wood (could be any thing really) then cut it to the size you want paint it then put your grave guards on it. And you are talking about VC grave guard I don't know any other grave guards. but if so then I have done is made small tomb stones to put on the front or back or
sides. Some times I'm allowed to use the stones for cover which is so cool! This is for moving them on a board.

If you me to travel with them then I have use foam, and put it in a small box then cut holes how ever big you need them then put the guards in. This works well for all my army and it has saved them from fall damage many times.
