Hey Dakka.

So, the main shock troops of my army are planned to be redemption cult members…this is as my IG army is themed on Frateris Militia, and thus i guess it would be fluffy to have them included.

My main problem is how i should make them, so i need advice and ideas.

Consider using flagellants from the WHFB Empire army. They wear robes, have books, bare feet.
