Just a couple of questions; Since Ghaz can call his WAAAGH at any time I can roll my charge distance and if I failed could I call his waagh and then re-roll because of fleet? Also, if I take his armour saves and then get to 1 wound left and he has some invuls to make next, I could call his waagh at that point for the 2++, right?

I can't see anything that tells me I can't. I might have missed it (I'm not the best at seeing what I'm looking for...)

1) IN theory, yes. You may get funny looks...
2) As above.

1. no, you made the roll with no reroll available, so calling the waaaagh at that point is to late.

2. yes, as you assign wounds one at a time, you can call the waaagh before assigning a wound to ghaz

once you call the waaagh the reroll becomes available.. almost a moot point with new orks on the horizon but i would allow this..
