What sort of help/comments/advice do you want?

Mostly tactics I suppose. I wanted to run the Avatar w/Wraithlords and the Black Knights all together or outflank the 4man Knights. Is the list alright besides being low on troops? Also, I wanted to give the Avatar Disarming Strike as he is WS10 and the ability sounds sweet! Any help would be awesome

Solid start. The Avatar should never be taken without fast shot. Disarming strike is a nice power, but expensive and situational. Fast shot is required. Drop the lascannons to missile launchers in the dev squad to get fast shot. The devs should not be mixing roles, and the missiles provide versatility and mesh better with the quad. Leave the heavy armor hunting to the avatar and lords.

The ravenwing banner is good, but I don't see it doing much in your list. You have 10 models who benefit from it, and 6 are in the same squad. Auto passing hit and run is nice, but I see it as situational with such few squads. Make sure you have a grenade launcher in the command squad.

Speaking of, the black knights are thematic but a bit small to have much effect. Plasma talons are cool, as well as the grenade launchers but 4 are just too easy to kill. Either get more, or take regular ravenwing bikes.

How are you using your scouts? With so few troops, I would consider outflanking with bolters, maybe even shotguns. Camping with snipers is cool as well. If you want camping, consider a tac squad with a lascannon or something. Power armor is a very nice thing to have.

Here is an update to this list...my final list is edited on the first post.
Last night I had a game against Crimson Slaughter and the list had some pretty sick upgrades that I don't remember off had but his HQs and Chaos Champions were decked out. The other units had their usual upgrades.

My Wraithlords and Avatar immobilized the Maulerfiend on turn 1. He pretty much took out the Ravenwing Command Squad on turn 1. I received first blood from killing his Heldrake that wiffed his vector strike on my Quad Gun. Shot it in the ass and blew it out if the sky! The second Heldrake took out my outflanking bikes on turn 2. I locked his Warlord and the possessed in combat with the Avatar on turn 2. On turn three I dumped the Wraithguard out and burnt the Daemon Prince to death from the previous combat he was in with my Ravenwing Command Squad. I finally kill the possessed chaos champ and issue the challenge to his Warlord for next round of combat! My Wraithlords destroy the las cannon pred and Battle Focus forward to contest his troops that on one of the objectives. After wining that I Battle Focus my guard forward and score that objective and my sole surviving Lord consolidates 6 to contest the next objective. After the last round of combat between the possessed and the Avatar I end up losing a wound but destroy the unit and his warlord for another point. I end up shooting the last Heldrake out of the sky and force his marines to fall back leaving his Maulerfiend the only unit on the board by turn 5.

My initial thoughts were the Heldrakes were going to wreck my face as I only had a Quad Gun. I underestimate the two Wave Serpents and their anti air capabilities. My mini deathstar (Avatar and two Wraithlords) worked out really well for and my Knights fell early because he was very cautious of them. Overall it was a close game in the beginning but turned into my favor after he lost his two Heldrakes and the Avatar wrecked face in CC.
