Hey Guys,
I'm playing in new Escalation tournament coming up at my local store. Throwing around a few ideas, this is what I have come up with. Let me know what you think.
Chaos Lord 75pts
MoK,
Plague Marines x6 175pts (Chaos Lord sits in here.)
2x Plasma, Rhino, Drige caster
CSM x7 165pts
Bolters/CCW, Flamer, Melta bombs Rhino, Drige caster
CSM x7 141pts
Bolters, Melta bombs , Rhino
Forgefiend 175pts
Can anyone please confirm for me. If I attach my Chaos Lord with MoK to a unit of Plague marines, Does the Lord get Feel no Pain and does the unit get Rage and Counter attack? Any help would be great.
Thanks.

No, I believe an apothecary or painboy give their units feel no pain due to a device they carry. The device gives the unit FnP. Otherwise the rules for FnP say what FnP does, it does not however specify who all gets it the way that relentless or slow and purposeful state that if one model in the unit has this rule everyone gets it.

Plague marines have FNP per model, it does not carry over. As far as I know, you can't put a marked IC with a unit with a different mark. Just take mark of nurgle on the lord, so your plague marines score, and your lord is T5. Win win.

Wow, this second list is 100% better then the first, you have 2 good scoring units backed by some good HS options, thoug I would drop the AoDG for daemon heart giving him a 2+ As and IWND in addition to fnP and T5 making him one hella beast.

Daemon heart? Is that in the Crimson slaughter supplement? Looks good, the second list definitely better, but I would personally choose a heldrake over a forgefiend, and it's 5 pts cheaper.

Daemon heart is Crimson slaughter wargear, and now its time for a little rant on how simply amazing that supplement is.
The wargear is well priced, the warlord traits are crazy, The possessed rules are borderline op, The fact you can have your warlord with his crazy gear, then have possessed rules, chaos just went from struggling vs SM to murdering tau.
-End of Rant, tune in next time to see why hamsters love vanilla more then chocolate-
