If you equip your Harbinger of the storm with a lightning field, the codex says "when enemy unit moves into assault with the Cryptek (or his unit)..."

Does this mean that if the unit with the Cryptek is already engaged in combat, and another enemy unit charges into the ongoing assault, this unit also receives a D6 hits?

This is how I interpret it, but wanted to double check because this feels like a thing opponents would question if they are not familiar with the necron codex.

Do they move into assault with the Cryptek (Or his unit)?

If yes, they take the hits.

Seems 100% clear to me.
