A few minor changes I would make are:

1) drop 1 SS and the SC/SL from the WK
2) but the hornets duel Pulse lasors
3) buy vypers SC/SL

And switch the WLs weapons to duel SL.

Notes: I have no idea on the corsair guardians, and the Wraith guard with swords/axes are Wraith blades (isn't that original?).

Good luck with your battles!

I have no idea what points they are lol Was just an idea I had to run when I get the models eventually!

Yeah dropping one Spiritseer wouldn't hurt anything either. I would be getting upgrades for them as well just wanted the basic list down...
I love the Suncannon Loadout to much not to take it and the Lords are just so powerful with the Lances...found that out last night!
I was wondering what Loadout to put on the Vypers...thanks for the help with that
How do the Hornets hold up? Beautiful model!

Updated the list

P.S. this would be a Apoc Army

Looks good! I like that you have almost one of each kind of wraith in your troops, although if it was me I'd want two d scythes or cannons so there's some redundancy in there and they can't ruin your plans by taking out a unit.

Like the lances on the WLs. Think to load out on the WK is good too because they'll prob be going into cc late game and crushing things. Only instance you might not want to do that and just go with heavy wraithcannons is if they bring Imperial Knights... Still, lances and wraithcannons on your Wraithguard are also good against them right?

Well I think I have my anti-armor taken care of with it on just about every unit...

The Spearseer will go with the Wraithblades for a good higher toughness CC unit and the Spear is hella good against tanks
The Wraithseer has a D-Cannon...while I don't know what it does I would imagine that it hits hard against armor plus he is Str10
The Wraithguard w/Cannons are amazing at cracking armor so yeah...
3 Hornets w/Dual Pulse Lasers at Str8 AP2 Heavy 2 so that squadron is giving me 12 shots a turn!
Finally, the Lords both have two Brightlances and make any armor over 12 act like it is AV12 which is very nice

Am I hitting the anti-horde alright?

The AT is fantastic in this list, the AH (anti hoard) is only in your serpents, your WK, and in your guardians thoughthe Wg with scythes can be good at it if in range (people at my LGS avoid them like the plague).

Notes:
1) D-cannon on wraithseer is 24" S10 Ap2 Distort, Blast
2) Hornets (i I will edit this after I look at the apoc book).
3) The rending spear is actually crap, for 15pts you get 2 attacks that can rend.
4) The helmet is OK but only in large units if you expect toget challenged.
5) The stone is fantastic.
6) Wargear to look into for spiritseers is the Phoenix gem, falcons feather.

Hope this helps!

Although I have said it is fluffy and was intending it to be that being said, have I also hit the ballpark of semi competitiveness? I mean I'll give you guys my point below and see what you think! Thanks for all the help and feedback...

One more thing, I'm going to Salute 2014 and will be getting the Wraithseer....is anything else I listed including the book worth the buys? Thanks again

AV - As we already discussed, I have a strong list against most AV heavy list even for Apoc.

Anti-Horde - WK w/SC is awesome for 3 Blasts, WG w/D-Sythes are amazing when in range, Storm Guardians w/2x Flamer, Corsairs w/2x Flamer, & the WS could have up to 14 shots a turn.

Anti-Flyer - I found out last night that WSs are amazing at this but I feel this might be my weakest area

CC - Wraithseer and Wraithlords will march together, Wraithblades in Iyanden lists on charge are Str8 AP3 Att3, cheap but could be effective Storm Guardians, & the Wraithknight when needed.

Thoughts?

A few things, if this is apoc you should throw in a jetseer so he can guide your hornets as well as prescience your corsairs.
The Wraithblades are only S5 base so with swords and VoT on the charge they are S6 AP3 I4 or with axes S8 AP2 I1 (note: axes get one less attack but get a 4+ inv). I wouldn't worry to much about lack of AA with 4 serpents, and if you take a farseer the hornets 12 S8 Ap2 shots TL (guided) make for pretty good AA as well.

Final note is, I bought a wraithseer 2 years back and its a fantastic model, don't forget he can cast only 1 of his 3 powers per turn!
