I was discussing with my friend earlier, that they're not enough un-humanoid races in 40k.
This lead to talking about what we would do if we were to create a race; we came up with a Psyche-Insect race, possibly Mantis looking bugs.
My question is, are they're any model company's out there that do Insect type models, or would this be a complete Plasticard job.
We would also use the Tyranid rules because they kinda match up(Sort of)

Reaper have a handful of Mantis-related minis - some quite human and other more alien-/bug-like. It's not much - certainly no basis for an army - but those are the only ones I can recall coming across.
