The Hobbit in Fayettville NC is having a 200pt Kill team tournament on the 12th of April at 10:00am.

Sign up is at 9:30am and 3 colors are required. We will be using the current black library Kill Team rules.

Here’s a quick rundown of the force org required for making your kill team: A kill team consists of 0-1 elites, 0-2 troops, and 0-1 fast attack. Units must be purchased whole and each model operates as separate unit when deployment. A kill team must have at least 4 non vehicle models with no models with more than 3 wounds, a combined armor of more than 33, or a 2+ armor save.

We are counting Necron vehicles by their starting armor.

Does this mean that living metal will have no effect ?

The Living metal rule allows necron units to ignore stunned or shaken results. This ability has no bearing on their armor value.

The comment about necron vehicles and their starting armor value refers to the Quantum Shielding rule, which increases necron armor.

As the vehicle is purchased with this rule it's initial armor is calculated with these bonuses.

In a 200 PT Kill Team, there shouldn't be any room in your list for a Necron Vehicle with the Living Metal rule unless your going to be the Cheez-ball that weezels in a Nightscythe, Catacombe Barge or Ghost Ark in a Kill Team scenario thus eating up all your points. Are you really that Cheezey.

Warriors and Immortals do not benefit from the rule they have the Reanimation Protocols.

I don't play necrons, I just wanted to make sure I would not have to face that.

Is the "no more than 3 wounds" correct? Usually its 2 wounds. Just making sure.
