If I have a Cryptek with Chronometer in a unit with Imotekh, can I use the 1D6 reroll per phase on start of turn/phase abilities that are gained due to other characters in the unit (like Imotekh's Night Fighting and or a single Lightning Strike)?

Similarly - could I use it to reroll Orikan's empowering ability to attempt to keep him in a certain state.

This is all presuming the Chrono-tek is in the same unit as the IC that grants the special ability.

Q: If an army contains Imotekh the Stormlord can a Cryptek with a chronometron use it to re-roll the roll to see if the Night Fighting special rule stays in efect? (p85)
A: Only if Imotekh is in the same unit as the Cryptek with the chronometron.
Gives permission for one, and presumably the rest are similarly worded with regard to timing?
I don't think it can be used with rolls outside of the actual turns though - Seizing the Initiative for example.
