The wolves look too monochromatic. Adding some variation to the fur will make them look much more realistic. I've never seen a dog or wolf that had fur that was completely one color. Even my white dog has a slightly off-white stripe down the ridge of his back. Barring that type of variation, some shading around the legs and creating some shadow would also improve their look.
Picking out the charms on the Wolf Priest in a red or blue will break up his rather drab look as well.
Yeah i know what you mean. I actually did that with the fur it's just hard to tell in the picture. They were all washed and dry brushed down the back on on the feathering around the paws to have different shading. Even the two white wolves are not solid white. The Iron Priest's wolf is black and dry brushed white and the wolf lord is while and washed with blue. These show it a little better.

Your wolves are very grey and dark at that. Mine are very blue, almost too blue. I think it one of the only armies that has so many different variations of grey.
Plus your actual wolves (with fur) look good too. I did my first thunder wolf just painting then i fashioned an airbrush together and sprayed the others. It helped a lot.
When you can't see the drunk guy at a party, you should look for the nearest mirror.
