Long time lurker, first time poster. I've been living in Shanghai (People's Square area) for about a year now. Originally from the US. Visited the GW store near Xintiandi several times and gotten a few games in, but am now hoping to connect with the larger gaming community in Shanghai.

Like many others, I got into wargaming when I was young (junior high school), fell off for a while in college and after I started working, and am getting back into it now that I am more financially able to. I am mainly a Warhammer 40K & Fantasy player, but have become a bit disenchanted with GW recently, so I've recently started delving into Warmachine and Hordes too. Going to post in the 'Find a Game' section to see about connecting with the Shanghai community, but figured I would post a general introduction here before I did so.
