In the end plumped for this one on the tenuous Steve Jackson -> Creator of Games Workshop -> dice/rolling link. But, mods please feel free to move.

I just found out about these - Android App versions of the classic Fighting Fantasy game books. They are an illustrated version of the book (complete with stat holding and dice rolling mechanics), although presumably without the ability to keep your finger on the previous page! There are a range of them available for £2.99 in the Google Play store. Not sure if they are available on Apple devices.

Anyway just a quick post to see if anyone had tried these, their experiences of them and if they are worth trying?

Wow very surprised that no-one has tried these yet or has anything to say about them!

I've just got the 'Forest of Doom' book, will have a go with it and post my findings here for anyone interested.
