What makes you think she's a perpetual? She was clearly brought back to life by Erebus's ritual as part of a plan to manipulate Argel Tal.

You have a page number for that? Because I have the entire conversation between Cyrene and Damon in Betrayer in front of me and there's no mention of perpetuals or continued immortality at all.

I'm fairly certain Damon Pryantis only hints that she MIGHT be a Perpetual. He said that Erebus made her "one of us." It was after the other Perpetual shot the Vahkrah Jal. Anyway, in that case, she would have survived the crash of the... Fidelitas Rex, was it.
