Hi. My name is Nick and I'm a 16 year old living in london. My brother got me interested in wargames and miniatures when I was about 7, with GWs LOTR range (which remains my favourite setting for pretty much anything). I mostly focus on the painting and modelling side of the hobby, as opposed to gaming. I have done various different fantasy games and historical settings, mostly in 28mm. I am joining to show my work, I am planning on joining a school charity expedition to Africa. I figured that modelling is one skill I have developed, so i wanted to show my work as I would like move onto taking comissions as a way to raise money over the next 15 or so. So hello then! I am new to this forum stuff, so I think i'll start a thread later to post up some pictures of my models. Where should that thread go though? Any help would be great.
Hi again
Nick

I do commissions! PM me if you're interested for prices and details, I am happy to paint a small group group of models first at a different price so that you can see my painting first hand, before making a big decision.
Again, PM me if interested.

Hi Nick, welcome to Dakka!

Best place to post pictures of your models would probably be the Painting&Modeling Showcase forum, unless your models are WIP then post them in the Painting&Modeling forum.

Great idea to fund money like that, I hope it works out for you.
