I am having a problem with sending private messages. Whenever I try to send a message it says to wait 1 minute to prevent spam. Then I do it again in 20 minutes or so and it says the same thing. Does anyone know how to fix this?

First of all, have you cleared your browser cache?

I've identified the bug - for the next 48 hours some people are only able to send one PM every 1 hour, 1 minute. Will fix ASAP.
