Its ok, you can lose the power weapon and take a scorpion chainsword, drop a jetbike, switch maniblasters to banshee mask or just lose it all together (its not that great), switch the WB to WG.

With points from changes you can add another BL to the WL, take another unit of bikes.

What arbiter said. Scorp sword is dirt cheap, but you don't even need it if your going with a lance. Keep it to kill those last few points, and so you have S4 Ap6 on the second turn after charging(never hit and run during your own turn).

I would drop the Power Weapon and the Mandiblasters for a fusion gun on the Autarch and try and find 3 points to replace the Avengers with another 4 bikes. Alternatively, if you drop the Avengers and Autarch you could take a Spiritseer and Wave Serpent for the Wraithguard. As arbiter said in either case you should take Wraithguard instead of Wraithblades.
