I'm pretty sure GW pulled all of the Digital Codex in preparation for the new website coming out.

Nope. All the codexes are still up on Black Library. Codex: Eldar was the first legit codex to make it to Black Library Digital. Codex: Chaos Space Marines was never released in ebook format.
