So I'm painting up some Mark of Slaanesh troops (Fluff reasons. Not for the rules per say.) any one have any tips? (My main colour scheme is boltgun metal/ leadbelthcher primary, black trim, and red detail.) Thanks for the help.

Since they only carry a Mark of Slaanesh you actually don't need to do anything. It's like if a Black Legion Sorcerer worshipped Tzeentch, his armor wouldn't be changed blue or anything, he'd just function differently. Usually it's just the cult troops that are painted differently, i.e. Berserkers, Plague Marines, Noise Marines...

My army is Slaaneshi, so I used bright yellow as their main colour.

Alright then, here's my idea. It's a Slaaneshi practice to leave some skin exposed, so find some bare heads and green stuff some smooth horns like the kind the plaguebearers of nurgle have onto the sides of their heads and in other different ways.

Make them look rich. Fancy furs, bright colors, jewelry, gold all on their chains, gold all on their rings, gold all on their watch, don't believe me just watch. Slaanesh followers love to overindulge every urge, so they're gonna be dressed really over-the-top.

Generally, the need to overindulge to excess doesn't turn them into Mr. T.

The audiodrama "Perfection" leaves quite a lot of imagery regarding Slaaneshi marines. There are two characters who leave parts of their body without armor. In its stead, they wear stuff like leather skin-suits, or something else exotic. See if you can't get some Catachan arms and replace them with the regular marine arms.
Also, Slaaneshi colors are mainly black clashing with pinks or purples. Though, you could take this a step further, and paint them in really clashing and wild colors. After all, followers of Slaanesh have such a different take on what is beautiful or exotic, due to being exposed to so much already.

Well I didn't mean like covering them in giant tacky chains. Make them look like dandies. Or maybe make them look like they're into BDSM and don't mind wearing their fetish on their sleeve.
