I was reading the codex, and it says the burnaz are powerwepons, with 6th edi what sort of power weps are they?

If you use themas a flamer, then you can't use them as Power Weapons until your next turn. Generally, I find that against 5+ or worse and 2+, the Flamers are better. (Or if the enemy will definitely kill you before you get to hit.) 3+ or 4+, use them as Power Weapons.

Before they even move. Which means they might fail the charge and then you can set them on fire again.
