Just as the question states... I've posted some pics and got really bad bad reviews and people saying the photography was horrible. Any and all suggestions on how to improve my photography skills before I purchase expensive cameras and such. Right now I use my IPad Air...

I'm looking at your pictures and they look fine. Perhaps get a little closer to the models.

I use a nikon camera with a macro lense, but I've seen people use Ipods successfully.

On the Internet

I use my phone. You just need something with decent resolution and a macro setting. Outside of that it's all about the lighting.
