I was wondering how many weapons a daemon prince of slaanesh is allowed to take and if they are better with 2 lash of despair, or 1 lash of despair and a greater etherblade

Opinions?

You can't do either of those because you are only allowed to make a single substitution per reward type per Daemon

So you can only get either a Lash of Despair or Greater Aetherblade but never both on the same daemon

I dont see from where you get this, can you give me a reference please?

You brought up a good point, are you allowed to take 2 lashes of despair? I don't see anything that says otherwise.

Don't have my codex on me, but it's at the top of the page describing how rewards work. It basically says you can only exchange one reward to the "0" roll per daemon. I.E. you can swap either a lesser reward for the base weapon OR a greater reward for the base weapon OR an exalted reward for a hellforged artefact.

So as Crown_Axe stated, no, you cannot get two lashes on a slaanesh prince (though do I ever wish), nor can you get a greater aetherblade AND a lash on the same daemon.
