Our FLGC organiser has put forward an idea for a tournament, a 1250 point minimal 1 troop, 1 HQ. With the only requisite being that it's fluffy ( list given to TO before start to make sure it's not something unfair fluffy like a armour corps, seer star etc. or anything that can actually happen) do my list is an aspect list, please tell me if it's mostly fluffy and if I could replace a aspect for a stronger one or fluffier one. Clocking at 1230 points from battlescribe.

Hope you like, want to replace second hawk squad w something that isn't a duplicate.

If your going dual phoenix lords, consider running Baharaoth. He is pretty solid with a squad of hawks, or even on his own. Asurmen should be good against other expensive HQ's.

I would also try to get points for an exarch and sunrifle for the hawks.

^^ this and if forgeworld is allowed shadow specters are sweet.

But otherwise a bunch of hawks running around would look cool and give any tanks a run for their money, I find scorpions a waste of points when you have asurman on the field.

Why is it a waste to get SS's ? what would you guys re-fashion the list to be?

Scorpions are ok at CC while asurman is fantastic at it, so having both is kind of redundant I would fun a list kind of like this.

That. With a team of Dark Reapers sitting back with S: 8 Pinning. 5 guys, Starshot missiles, Exarch, fast shot, 210 points.

While I liked arbiters idea, I was trying to avoid using duplicate aspects hence why I wanted to get rid of the second hawk squad. But I did replace a hawk squad w a 3 Dark reaper squad w fast shot flakk eldar missile launcher. While it isn't the full five will1541 as I couldn't afford it, it is there in case my ally didn't bring AA. If you guys are still interested I will post a battle report.
