If Im using the Black Legion Supplement I can field Chosen as Troops (This means all units taking VotLW etc. following the rules for Black Legion detachment)

Does this mean that if I field a Black Legion and my Lord has the appropriate Mark I can field both Chosen as Troops as well as the appropriate Chaos God Specific unit - Berzerkers, Plague Marines or Noise marines?

Same goes for adding a Sorcerer - as an HQ Choice could I field Chosen as well as Thousand Sons as troops?

I've read the Supplement and I dont see anything in there that would keep me from doing this but I wanted to be sure.

Vanished Completely

Just keep in mind that some 'X are now Troop choices' rules are not optional, combining multiple of these rules could lead to a situation where too few troop slots are available.

8th made it so I can no longer sway Tau onto the side of Chaos, but they will eventually turn aside from their idea of the Greater Good to embrace the Greatest of pleasures.

There is nothing to limit or restrict the options already available to you, outside of the Warlord traits and Artefacts. You can still benefit from any of the Cult units as Troops and you still have access to all the Special Characters.

Yeah, the only thing you'd miss out on is the Bringers of Despari, unless you also took Abbadon.

Right now I only play smaller games (>1500) so Im not as concerned about using up all my troop slots but as my army grows Ill have to adjust the list to account for that

Abbadon is fairly expensive considering Im only playing 1000-1500 pts right now but how worth while Are the Bringers of Despair ?

You'll have to wait on someone else to asnwer that. I'm considering starting a Black Legion army, but I've never played a game yet of any kind with CSM.
