Just build, based, and primed by WM Khador widowmakers. They are metal. Primed them with GW Chaos black spray primer. They have now dried and they turned grey?!?!?! Ive never had this happen in my 8 years or so of wargaming!! Whats going on hahaha!!!
Please help

Yeah, its just a primer. No problems at all.

If you wanted the primer to be your base coat black, then just paint it black as a base coat, or prime it again.

I bet what happened is your primer spray somehow ran out of pigment but not spray...not a scientist but that would be my guess

Did you shake the can properly? Is the can nearing empty? That sometimes happens with black as you get near the bottom or if you didn't shake it properly.

Half can. Shook it for a few minutes. Paint seems to be going on like normal. Weird

I think the pigment got concentrated somehow...probably changing weather, although I dont know whats going on in BC

This normally happens due to weather conditions when spraying or you have sprayed too close to the model.

Just be thankful that it's a primer and not the varnish, cause the varnish can destory the model :(

Yeah, it'll be frosting due to weather conditions.
It's either to cold or too humid where you're spraying.

Ended up giving it another light coat of primer and we are good to go. Kinda just scared me a little haha, these are the first metal models ive primed in years haha!
