Alright, so I have a list and I'm trying to keep it as WYSIWYG as possible though I'm willing to cut just a few tiny corners here and there. Effectively this is just using models that I have (or can easily proxy - i.e. the Fireblade is just using a shas'ui). My main opponent that I've fought is a nurgle CSM player so you can see my problem, I'm just not 100% sure on what should be the next set of things for me to buy, which is mostly what advice I'm looking for. I do know what I want my collection to eventually have, just not what I absolutely need right this second. Without any further ado, the army list.

HQ - Fireblade Cadre (60pts)
Troops - 11 Fire Warriors w/ EMP, bonding knives (132pts)
Troops - 6 Fire Warriors w/ EMP (66pts)
Troops - 6 Fire Warriors w/ EMP (66pts)
Elite - Crisis Shas'vre w/ PR+MP, shield gen, 2 shield drones (111pts)
Heavy Support - Broadside w/ TL rail rifle, tl sms (65pts)

Now I have no problems with proxying the broadside to a HYMP (as its the only broadside I have so there can be no confusion), or swapping weapons out on the crisis suit (since in my haste to assemble a cool model had put 3 different weapons on it anyways).. The models I have access to that aren't a part of this list consit of a sniper drone team, another 6 Fire warriors, a second incorrectly kitted out crisis suit, a Hammerhead (set up with railgun but I can put the ion cannon on it no problem), and a handful of gun drones (two of which are already pulling proxy duty as shield drones).

The long story short of the fluff is that the crusty veteran fireblade has been 'retired' (there is no retirement in the Fire Caste) to a backwater munitions facility with his squad (the big one with the bonding knives). Most of the bases forces are out on field tests and training maneuvers when a warp storm cuts off all contact from the base with the incoming supply ship and the rest of the Tau Empire as well. Grabbing as many munitions as possible (hence all the emp grenades) the bases forces are preparing for the worst case scenario. Evenually the lack of supplies will drive them to join/ally with the Farsight Enclaves.
