Hi ya, checking to see if anyone can help me out with a couple of questions about paypal. Thing is that I'm setting up a crowdfunder on indiegogo - and no, unfortunately not gaming related, trying to get our volleyball team some much needed cash.

Funds/donations etc will be transferred via paypal - using my own account. The system prompts me to upgrade my paypal account to premium or business, to allow transfers from indiegogo. I have been looking into the terms and such on the paypal site, and see stuff about fees and such, which is annoying of cause, but it is their way of making money so that's fine. What I can't quite figure out is: are there any fees on just having a premium account - does it cost me anything? And what about later, will the upgrade to a premium account have any effects when I go shopping on the web later on? - anyone having experience with premium accounts or any good advice to offer?

Cheers
Manus
