So I plan on doing a 1500 point comp tournament soon. The type of comp being used is where the TO reviews list being submitted before hand and gives a yes or no approval to whether or not he feels the army is friendly. I have not submitted an army roster yet. This is just preliminary thinking. What I plan on bringing is as follows:

This isn't 1500 points yet. I'm still trying to hammer out what my last 135 points should be spent on. I have a general strategy in mind, but I am afraid I may be missing something.I'm thinking maybe Corbulo for more friends, but then I wouldn't have points for hurricane bolters and psybolt ammunition What should I add with the last 145 points? Will it be competitive? Is it fair?

Why do you have allies? Both BA and GK have access to the raven, and neither draigo nor mephiston are really worth bringing an allied detachment for. You have exactly 2 scoring units in your army...the 2 paladins. I'm afraid that you are basing your list too heavily on "heroes" that will die to volume of fire or AP2.

Pick BA or GK and go with that and only that. There's no need to ally at 1500, and your list is basically just storm raven spam.

You will most likely be tabled, and at best be disliked for that many flyers.

Drop the BA Raven. There's simply no good reason to bring it.
And for God's sake, get some scoring models.
More Assault Marines at least.

My suggestion:
Make BA your primary, take Mephiston, some Assault Marines and two Ravens.
Ally in GK Librarian and a bunch of Terminators.
