9x chaos space marines.
Same as above except flamer
And It hold Kharn.

Put both squads in land raiders.

Looks good to me. Its my opinion that every Khornite CSM list needs 2 land raiders to hold it together.

Why no berzerkers?

With bezerkers they do have an additional attack and weapon skill but no additional guns plus the banner of rage plus mark of khorne give me hatred and rage so re rolls to hit and wound first turn.

Plus re-roll assault distances. Though zerkers would be more fluffy, and hitting marines on 3's
