Hello everyone.
I decided to buy an Iwata HP-CS (or perhaps HP-BCS) with an Abd Tc 20T Tank Compressor.

The only decent supplier I found was tcpglobal which are based in the US, which means I will get the wrong power adapter (110V):
http://www.tcpglobal.com/itemdetail.aspx?ItemNo=ABD+KIT-4207-T

I currently live in Spain where we have 220V and a different contact.
I wonder if someone would have any ideas how to get the above set with power connector fitting for the Spanish power system?

Did you check amazon.es and ebay.es?

Thank you, I found this:
http://www.ebay.es/itm/Iwata-HP-CS-Eclipse-Airbrush-System-Kit-Compressor-Createx-Paint-Set-Accessories-/191125450927?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item2c7ff6f0af&_uhb=1

However, the description is in Spanish (I don't know Spanish).
But looking at the details spec of the compressor it still says it is a 110V, sounds a bit messy, I think I have to contact tcpglobal and ask them a direct question.

Most compressors I've seen plug directly into the wall, they don't have a DC power adaptor brick. This means you'll have to check if the compressor itself actually takes 220v.

If it does, then you just need to cut off the US plug and put on a European one. Easy. If it doesn't, you'll need a transformer.

Ahh, no Spanish, sorry, I just assumed that you could. Anyway, I'm sure you can find the compressor with a 220v cord over here in Europe. Then you can just buy the airbrush separately. Alternatively, just order the original kit you found, and buy a 5 euro 110/220 adapter.

I bought an airbrush and compressor from these guys on ebay recently - the compressor seems pretty decent.

I know this isn't the model you need, but they seem to stock a lot of different models, and ship to Europe from the UK - possible that they have something you need. Also, anything from the UK will work on 220V, you may just need the Euro plug end.

I did search the web some more and found this:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/PISTON-COMPRESSOR-TANK-HARDER-STEENBECK-INFINITY-2-1-AIRBRUSH-KIT-/261093538533?pt=UK_Crafts_DrawingSupplies_EH&hash=item3cca633ae5#shpCntId

With shipping it ends up at 288 british punds which is a little more expensive than the Iwata, but it seems like the Harder&Steen seems like a superior airbrush (I read the a couple of reviews).

It also has the 220V with a british plug, but I already have converters for that.

Somewhere in south-central England.

I bought an Iwata compressor from this UK based company...

www.airbrushes.com

It came fitted with a 220-240V power supply and British plug.

It's easy to cut off the plug and fit a local plug instead.

For compressors, you can also check http://shop.wiltec.info
For the actual airbrush I'd recommend some brand name, but compressors are bit different as no airbrush manufacturer actually makes them: they just buy them from OEM's and put their own sticker on top.

Thanks for the tip, however, I would prefer buying an airbrush kit with compressor, since it saves me shipping costs.
