Hi, all.

I'm new to the whole AK range of products, but I do hear good things about them. I recently bought a bottle of their 'Wet Effect', which their website proudly claims 'is not just another varnish, but a special blah, blah.'

Now, other than the bottle's fumes punching me in the face when I unscrewed the lid, after using it I feel that, if I'm honest, it is just another shiny varnish. Am I wrong?

Anyone else use this product and feel a little underwhelmed?

An Armour Save? No, never heard of it. Me? I play Imperial Guard.
