I'm putting together an Escalation game list for a 3K game, and was wondering if there are any rules I am missing that would keep Miind in the Mchine from working against a Super Heavy vehicle (I know it wouldn't work against Gargantuan Creatures). I cant find any rules that say no.

There is nothing stating that it cannot be used in that way. It works similarly to the psychic power of Puppet Master which can be used on them as well so I don't see any reason why Arankyr's ability wouldn't work.
