I'm very much a noob when it comes to Eldar and tournaments and tournament lists in general, but I was curious as to if it is possible to make a competitive wraith list? Forgive me if this is obvious either way, but I'm trying to start a tournament army and I'm genuinely curious.

Off the top of my head:

Iyanden rules
Farseer (jetbike, mantle of the laughing god)
4x spiritseers ( is this even possible?)
4x 5 wraithguard, d-cannon
4x wave serpents (SL, SC, HF)
2x Wraithknight

Thoughts?

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.

any list can be competitve/viable/other trite term for a one-click army/etc if used correctly. instead of asking this, why not ask how best to use a list like this?

you automatically lose points for using the trite gamer-isms: balanced, meta, Mat Ward, etc.

Ok. My first choice would be a Wraith heavy Iyanden-rule list. Using Serpents.

Best bets for how to equip a force like that and general tactical advice against current power lists?

Serpents are a good start, but I think that screamerstars and gravstars might be an issue competitively. I don't know the particulars of Lyanden, though.
