I assume your going to put a lord and priest with each fenresian squad? I would suggest a cyberwolf for each squad to serve as a challenge chump, as well as a 4+ save.

I don't see the appeal of a wolf claw on the lord, when your wolf can rend. A power fist/thunder hammer will provide high S and AP2, while the claw won't do all that much better than the rending unless your fighting a ton of power armor.

Consider saga of the wolfkin to get I5 wolves, striking before marines...it is fairly cheap IIRC.
