Unrelenting Rubric Terminator of Tzeentch

Hey Dakkanauts, just hoping some of you seasoned servants of Chaos might postulate about this list I cooked up last night:
PRIMARY: Chaos Space Marines
HQ:
Chaos Lord
---MoN, Bike, LC/PF, SoC, Blight Grenades
Troops:
10 Cultists
10 Cultists
Fast Attack:
Chaos Bikers
---6 Bikes + Champion, MoN, 2 Melta
Heldrake
---Baleflamer
Heldrake
---Hades Autocannon
Heavy Support:
Obilterators
---x3, MoN, VotLW
ALLIES: Chaos Daemons
HQ:
Lord of Change
ML3, Greater, Exalted
Troops:
11 Horrors
11 Horrors
Fast Attack:
18 Flesh Hounds
TOTAL: 1850
So the army plays as so (in my head at least): Hounds scout forward to provide pressure early on and hopefully recieve the benefits of the grimoire before eating a whole bunch of lead for breakfast. Nurgle Lord and his retinue turbo boost forward to keep pace with the Hounds and provide threat overload. Lord of Change will play aggressively or cautiously depending on opponents skyfire ability. Hounds will hopefully tie up/kill some of said skyfire ability letting the Heldrakes do what they do best. Troops will be in reserve in all cases, except when I might need to deploy a unit in favor of deep striking an Oblit or two. All C&C encouraged, Thanks!

I actually run a list similar to this, except I have a DP on the CSM side. Otherwise because the LoC starts the board on his own, he will be shot up by everything.

Well he doesn't really start alone. There are 36 wounds worth of slavering Khorne Hounds that must be dealt with as well, and they are alot closer than the LoC. Also, we generally play with pretty decent LoS blocking terrain in my meta so hiding him turn 1 shouldn't be an issue. If it were though I could always drop one Oblit for a bastion. . .which is tempting now that I think about it. And the horrors could be minned out for a comms relay on it too. . . even more tempting! Thanks for the food for thought!

By the way, what table is the LoC rolling on?

I was figuring he'd go divination Automatically Appended Next Post: Also, anyone know if there's anything in Crimson Slaughter, that would make the Nurgle Lord better?

It might be worth using a roll on Tzeentch so he has a shooting attack to make full use of that yummy BS6. Flickering Fire is actually a really useful spell and there are a few on Divination which are duds for a LoC (1, 4 and maybe 6 depending on reserve rols.)

Oh yeah I always save 1 roll for the Tzeentch table and pretty much always go primaris for FF. The only real dud I see in Div is, as you said, 1 (foreboding). Full BS overwatch is meaningless when you have no overwatch lol. Everything else though is pretty solid. 4 (perfect timing, ignores cover) is pretty awesome with a LoC who could potentially cast 3D6 flickering fire and murder any troops relying on a cover save. 6 (scrier's gaze) is really useful for this list too. Roll 3D6 for reserves and choose the result you want means that my heldrakes are coming in, and my troops are staying out unitil I need them. Obviously precognition makes him pretty boss. I just wish I could figure out a better place for the grimoire so that he could acually make use of it :/

Split oblits into individual so you have to take no ld check from causualty. U are not even using the other 2 heavy slots.
