1)Don't like the current Jain Zar model and was considering converting lelith apart from the obvious step of cutting of spikes etc. what else would you do. If you think this isn't going to work have you seen anything cool done with the model because I thinks it's pretty bad at parts(triskele, hair, mask)

2)I don't have a death jester model but I do have a Maugan ra model(which I don't use because he's terrible ) what steps should I undertake to use him as a death jester or should I leave as is.

2) Use him as is. That is, use maugen ra AS a death jester. No conversion, no mods.
The model is awesome, and the death jesters WERE the immediate precursor inspiration to reapers (and especially RA).
