So the question is for a tech heavy chapter of marines what kind of force and weapons mixtures seem best for fluff on the tabletop.

Probably plenty of more advanced units, ie terminaitors, dreadnoughts and such. Units that are rarer but also more technically hard to maintain/limited production capabilities

Various 'relic' stuff from Imperial Armour volume Two Second Edition like Javelin Speeders and Conversion Beamer Predators.
Contemptor Dreads instead of regular ones.

Maybe rarer patten tanks too, I'm less sure on types but the more advanced designs, older designs most chapters cannot maintain or maybe cannot produce the spares/amunition for the advanced designs.
