flipping through the Grey Knights codex, I wanted to toss in a cheap GK ally with the Ravenwing. Maybe they're on the hunt for some Fallen and daemons?

Drop the plasma guns from the bikes go with melta instead. Why do you have a razorback for a unit that is best suited being stationary in terrain? the flier sucks (i love ravenwing more then anyone but it truely does suck) proxy it as something else. Where is the pfg going? you can get access to divination without having the librarian by using your inquisitor.

Ravenwing have strengths over scars, you just have to play to them. Plasma guns on ravenwing bikers are a bit meh when you could get a black knight for the cost. Generally you want melta on your bikes and a multi melta attack bike.

Sammy should almost always take to the field on corvex. Sableclaw is a trap with 2 hull points and rear armor 10. An assault, lucky short or several other things can end him. He provides great benefits to a bike squad and is very tough.

The DA fliers are indeed total garbage. If you want air support, you have access to the GK raven which is much better.

I take it the devs go on top of the bastion with the libby? and the GKSS go inside? That is decent, but consider moving the razorback to the GK for mobility, and you could always make it a psyback.

The OM inquisitor could take prescience for the GKSS, even if you want to stay cheap.

I would strongly consider some black knights or at least a ravenwing command squad. The bolter banner is very good with all the bikes boltguns. You can save a lot of points by dropping the sarge upgrades in your bike squads.
