Just wanted to give everyone a heads-up on a new RPG recently launched on kickstarter. Classic 16-bit graphics and gameplay with some modern twists thrown in. Looks like a lot of fun!

I kind of want to support it? But at the same time, it feels like yet another sausage fest, and I'm not sure I feel like going through another RPG where four out of five named characters are dudes (which, from the list of "important characters" as well as the rest of the screenshots, is indeed the case).
Especially since I'd have to play as a generic cliche-ridden dude-cop, without any option to play as something else, which is already a strike against it...
Might seem petty, but meh, I'll see how it turns out, and maybe get it after the kickstarter if it succeeds.
