Do I just play it as Guard and model them Chaotic? What HQ models are easily convertable?

Just play them as IG, and add Chaos allies (demons or CSM) if you fancy it. In terms of modelling, just chaos up some humans. For HQs, the Cultist leader from Dark Vengeance makes an awesome Chaos Commissar.

Forge World also do a couple of traitor lists, in the Siege of Vraks books. There's also rumours they'll be revisiting chaos in the next Imperial Armour book.

I plan on allying them with my CSM and Daemons. I already use that model, so I might have to look to FW. Thanks!
