Ally in the scions from the scion codex, You still have the 1 hq and 1 troop to do this and that one scion squad is now scoring! which is helpful!

If you're just using the infantry squads for lascannons and scoring, why not fold it all into one platoon and use heavy weapon squads? (Edit: Apart from the need for two troop units.) You can march some infantry forward with the conscripts as your second bubble-wrap unit, if you feel you really need it.

I'm not a fan of the MoO. He's about guaranteed to miss his target. If you have a saturated field of targets, sure, but that's hardly a good plan to count on it. You can probably find 10 points to turn them into astropaths and use divination on your infantry instead, or just give your CCS their own heavy weapons to back up those lascannons.

Good suggestion above, as you also get access to the MT orders, which are pretty awesome. That said, you might want to find the points to add another Scion squad, just so you get the most out of it. If you need to cut stuff, I think 4 meltaguns on the CS might be a bit overkill, 2-3 would be plenty for most targets.

The blob setups look good, as do the Conscripts. However, I would swap out the melta on the PCS for 4 flamers in each, it gives you a great anti-charge deterrent, as whatever kills the blob is getting roasted alive.

The LRBT is probably not the best choice of tank, I find it is too generalist where specialisation is better. I'd swap them for a Vanquisher with LC and an Exterminator with HB (both are roughly the same cost as an LRBT), giving you specialists against heavy and light targets. Alternatively, take 2 of the above Exterminator, and rely on the Scions and Lascannons to pop tanks. It depends on how many/how often you see heavy tanks.

I'm not sure you need the second CCS, as assuming you've got a PCS with each Conscript squad, that leaves only 2 squads than need orders, and taking a second CCS just for the MoO probably isn't worth it. The points you save could go towards another Scion squad or upgrades on the Russes. Failing that, an ADL would also keep the blobs alive longer. Also, throw a Standard on the CCS, as it'll help the blobs stick around without the Commissar having a 1/3 chance to cap a Lascannon.

You're certainly on the right lines with the mix of tanks and hordes you have there.

Hope that helps.

Thanks for the input guys.

I'll probably drop the extra CCS & the 6th man in the TSS along with a melta gun in the TCS for another TSS w/ 2 plama guns.

I have used the LRMBT for over a decade... its weird to not use it.

Sounds likke a plan getting another Scion squad. The LRBT is still pretty decent, so there's no harm in using them. Are you planning on shooting the MT to allies? You lose the ability to bring them all on as one, but gain some pretty great orders.

What is preventing your infantry from getting mulched? Guardsman and Scions arent very tough to mitigate with any form of dedicated anti infantry fire power. Star Cannons, heavy bolters and even Big Shootas wreck flak armor. Id look into some chimeras, even the new Taurox is a mean APC that will help get your boys onto objectives and out of the body bags

Don't forget about the Augur Array! Put one on a tank and your Scions now have perfectly accurate deep strike, even into nearby terrain as they will automatically pass terrain checks.

Why have your LRBT move at all? They can already hit the entire board. Moving them up is just getting them closer to dying range. If you wanted to make use of that movement, do what the above said and at least get an Augur Array
