This guy!
I was thinking about starting a Iron-Man-themed Necron army, but - since I'm new to the hobby - I'm not sure about the paints I should use.
Would you help me? Please

Well...a dark red or rich crimson with a yellowish gold would work. Add on some light bluish white accents. The exact paints to use all depend on your company preference. Reaper, Vallejo, P3, Citadel, etc.

This was what I hoped for...
Citadel or Vallejo, please.

For Vallejo, I would start by priming with Krylon red/brown primer. It will give a solid base for both the red and the gold. For the red, I would start with a thin coat of VGC Terracotta, then a layer of VGC Gory Red with a final point highlight of VGC Hot Orange. For the gold, start with VGC Brassy Brass, followed by VGC Glorious Gold with a final point highlight of VGC Polished Gold . Give the whole model a wash of VGC Sepia wash to tie the colors together and provide some shading.

Honestly, using candies and metallic paint is the best way to achieve an Iron Man-style look.

Failing that, any brand of metallic gold paint would work for the gold sections, especially Vallejo Liquid Gold (they are alcohol based paint and very high quality) and you could make your own metallic red by mixing Vallejo Metallic Medium and whatever shade of red you want.

I would use Tamiya clear paints over Alcad.

I used black primer(krylon from Walmart) then used gore red on top of that in 2 thin coats to keep it dark and burnished looking. Then for the good I used snakebite leather followed by gold followed by brown ink/aggrax then gold then silver highlights. That's the citadel paints I use.

I would like to point out that when something is "burnished" it means it has been polished to a high shine.

Depends entirely on how close you want it to be to a scheme and how technical you want to get. As you said you're new to this hobby then I'd personally avoid any of the more... esoteric techniques being suggested here.

I'd simply do a replication of the palette. I did exactly that with my Farsight Enclave army.
