In the rules for relic paint job it states it gives you a adamantium will. Now if you give it to every member of a squadron does this stack or is it only applied once. I have only looked at the dex once and the rules occasionally, and I did not read where it says this does not stack.

For that answer you will need to look in two places:
First take a look at the very start of the Special Rule section, where it informs us that Special Rules do not stack.
Second look at the Adamantium Will Special Rule and see if uses the 'one or more Models' or 'Models with' terminology, as the first is another way to stop Rules from stacking and the second would make it so it doesn't matter what other models in the squad have.

The key wording is in Adamantium will: "a unit with at least 1 model with this special rule"

So whether there is 1 or 10000000 models in the unit with the rule you only receive +1
