Hey guys and girls! I'm pretty new to chaos and wanted to post a 1500 point list, and it is based mainly on nurgle, I will tell you that I will have no problem in proxying my Chaos Space Marines as Plague Marines, and of that is the better option, then please post your thoughts. I will also say that I don't want to play with Cultists. Without further ado:

HQ:
Chaos Lord w/ MoN, Power Axe 105 Points

Troops:
x10 CSM w/ x2 plasmaguns, MoN, in Rhino 35 Points
Aspiring Champion w/ Plasma Pistol, Power Fist 240 Points
x10 CSM w/ x2 meltaguns MoN
Aspiring Champion w/ Plasma Pistol, Power Fist 230 Points

Elite:
Hellbrute w/ TW Lascannon, Power Scourge 140 Points

Heavy Support:
x3 Obliterators w/ MoN 228 Points
Defiler 195 Points
Land Raider 230 Points (Other unit of CSM goes here)

Thats 1403 points (97 points left) what should I use the last points for? Any advice is welcome

How about a level 2 sorcerer with MoN. That could be fun

I realise you dont want to use cultisits however I would honestly and strongly advise you invest those 97 points in some cultists, i'm not sure how many cultists that would get you as i don't play with Chaos but i play against them regularly and i know they are dirt cheap.

Stick the cultists on an objective backfield in cover and just let them hold it. When they get shot at (and trust me they will) just make them go to ground for the improved cover save.

Your list is lacking in troops so you will struggle to win any objective based games without additional troop support.
